Delete your Tally Tracker account

Delete your account from inside the app

You can permanently delete your Tally Tracker account and its data at any time, directly in the app:

1. Open Tally Tracker and sign in.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Open Account settings.
4. Tap Delete account and confirm.

This is available on both Android and iOS.

Delete your account on the web

You can also delete your account from this website: sign in at tallytracker.co.uk/sessions, open the Profile & Account tab and use Delete account. You’ll be asked to type DELETE to confirm, and we’ll email you a confirmation once it’s done.

Can’t access the app?

If you can no longer sign in, email us from the address associated with your account and we’ll delete it for you:

tallytrackercustomerservices@gmail.com

Please include the email address you used to sign up so we can locate your account. We aim to action requests within 30 days.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes the personal data we hold about you, including:

• Your profile (name, email, profile photo)
• Your boats/equipment and saved crew
• Your session history and voyage routes
• Your location breadcrumbs and live-location data
• Photos you uploaded and your spectator/follow links

What may be retained

A limited set of records may be kept where required for legal, security or accounting purposes — for example transaction/subscription records held by Google Play or Apple, and anonymised diagnostic logs. These are retained only as long as necessary and are not used to identify you in the app.
